We believe it’s essential that everyone get’s their dosage of exercise no matter how busy you are. Believe it or not, a 15 minute high intensity training session is probably all you need. So saying you don’t have the time is not acceptable. 

At Zap Fitness we’ve built a team of professional personal trainers who can come to your offices and run fitness sessions for your team or employees on a weekly basis, or whenever you require.

Depending on your requirements, we can provide personal trainers who can cater for individuals or multiple groups in the workplace.

How long is a session?

Each session is approximately 1 hour long.

How much does a session cost?

We’ve tried to keep the cost of a personal training session as low as possible without harming the quality we provide. Each session costs only £37.99!

Can I pay cash?

The simple answer is no. We take credit or debit card payments at the time of booking, which is done through our website booking platform.

I need to reschedule my session, what do I do?

In order to change your session date or time, simply contact your personal trainer whom you made the booking with. They will be able to offer alternative days and times.

Can I cancel my session?

You may cancel your session if you provide at least 24 hours notice.

I cancelled my session, can I get a refund?

As long as you provide 24 hours notice by email or by phone, you will get a 100% refund.

There's no personal trainer available for my location

If we don’t have a personal trainer available for your location, you can either email support@zapfitness.co.uk or complete our personal trainer request form and we’ll do our best to find you someone.

There's no personal trainer available for my chosen date and time

Our personal trainers availability is down to how busy they are. If for any reason you can’t find a personal trainer for your chosen date or time, please email support@zapfitness.co.uk and we’ll try our best to find you someone.

Do I need to become a member?

Right now, we’re offering personal training services without the need for any membership or subscription fees. You simply pay as you go.

My personal trainer cancelled our session

If due to illness or any other unforseen circumstance your personal trainer needs to cancel your session, they will attempt to re-arrange your booking. However, if this is not possible, we will provide you with an alternative personal trainer.

Can I bring a friend to a session?

Some of our personal trainers can accomdate for 2 or more people. If you’re unsure, please email support@zapfitness.co.uk and we’ll help you.
